Bali Airport, also known as Ngurah Rai International Airport, is an airport in Denpasar, Bali, Indonesia. It is the second-largest airport in Indonesia, after Jakarta’s Soekarno-Hatta International Airport. The airport is named after I Gusti Ngurah Rai, an Indonesian aviator and national hero.
The airport is the main gateway into Bali, and is serviced by major airlines including Garuda Indonesia, AirAsia, and Jetstar. It handled over 18 million passengers in 2016, making it the ninth-busiest airport in Indonesia.
