The Indonesian currency is the rupiah. It is divided into 100 sen, although sen are no longer used. Banknotes are issued in denominations of 1000, 2000, 5000, 10,000, 20,000, 50,000 and 100,000 rupiah, while coins are issued in denominations of 1, 5, 10, 25, 50 and 100 rupiah.
